I am inspired by young people engaged in entrepreneurship. Most of the challenges that has besieged the world today can be laid at the doorstep of poverty especially in developing economies. If young people can engage their talents, skills, potentials and/or abilities productively, then they can successfully deal their with individual or personal issues thus having a cumulative effect. I believe a good leader is a person who knows when they need to take charge. At the same time, they can let other people take lead and work with them to achieve the common goal. Leaders must be tough enough to fight but tender enough to cry. Leaders must be human enough to make mistakes, but also humble enough to admit them.
